Welcome to MerchX Trading Academy. By enrolling in our courses, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
MerchX reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of any revisions.

Course Enrollment & Access

Enrollment in any course is confirmed only after full payment of the course fee.
Course materials, including recorded lessons and live Q&A sessions, are for personal use only and cannot be shared, copied, or redistributed.
Students receive lifetime access to course content, including future updates at no additional cost.

Subscription & Community Access

Enrollment includes one-year access to the MerchX Trading Community, where students receive market insights and stock trade charts.
After one year, community access must be renewed via subscription to continue receiving exclusive market updates and discussions.
MerchX reserves the right to remove access to the community for any user found engaging in misuse, spamming, or violating platform rules.

Payment & Refund Policy

All payments are final, and course fees are non-refundable after enrollment.
MerchX does not offer partial refunds or transfers of enrollment to other individuals.
In the case of payment failure or transaction issues, students must contact support within 48 hours for resolution.

Intellectual Property Rights

All course content, materials, videos, and documents remain the intellectual property of MerchX Trading Academy.
Unauthorized distribution, reproduction, or resale of course materials will result in immediate termination of access and potential legal action.

Limitation of Liability

MerchX Trading Academy provides educational content only and does not guarantee financial success or trading profits.
Students are responsible for their own trading decisions, risk management, and investments.
MerchX is not liable for any financial losses incurred as a result of applying strategies taught in the course.

Code of Conduct

All students are expected to respect instructors, fellow learners, and community guidelines.
Any form of harassment, offensive behavior, or violation of community rules will lead to immediate removal without a refund.
